At this time, 201 Residences does not offer furnished apartments. Every townhome does come with a full-size washer and dryer, a private two-car garage, and spacious closets, so you can settle in quickly either way.

Security deposits at 201 Residences are $500, or up to one month's rent, depending on your application. The deposit is due once your application has been approved.

A few additional fees apply on top of your rent to keep things running smoothly:

• WIFI bundle: $65 per month

• Trash fee: $25 per month

• Building protection plan: $17 per month

• Pet control fee: $5 per month

• Utility billing fee: $10.99 per month

Water, sewer, and electricity are billed separately, directly to each resident, giving you more control over your own usage.

Yes, high-speed internet access is available at 201 Residences through Xfinity.

Parking here is easy. Every townhome at 201 Residences includes a private two-car garage, and there's no additional fee for parking.

Overnight guests are always welcome. Just have them park in the designated guest parking area so there's plenty of room for everyone.

EV charging isn't available on site just yet, but if you drive electric, our leasing team can help you find nearby charging options around Antioch. Just give us a call or stop by the leasing office.

There are no separate move-in fees at 201 Residences. You'll just need to cover prorated rent for your move-in date.

Plans change sometimes, and we get that. If you need to break your lease early, we'll ask for 60 days' written notice along with a termination fee equal to two months' rent.

When it's time to move on, give our team 60 days' notice in writing and we'll coordinate the details with you from there.

Once you've moved out, you can count on your security deposit refund arriving within 30 days.
